Effective date: August 28, 2026. Sillvex ("we", "our") respects your privacy and ensures maximum protection of your data following the Zero-Trust architecture.
1. Google API Services User Data Policy Disclosure
Sillvex's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We request access solely to files created by the Sillvex app (scope: drive.file) to save and restore your encrypted sillvex-backup.json configuration file. We do NOT read, inspect, or transfer any other files on your Google Drive.
2. Zero-Trust API Key Storage
All third-party API keys (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Groq, WordPress Application Passwords, and Telegram Bot Tokens) are stored locally in your browser storage (localStorage) or encrypted in your workspace backup. We never sell or share your credentials with third parties.
3. Personal Data & Payment Processing
For account registration and authentication, we process only your email address, display name, and optional Telegram identifier. Passwords are cryptographic hashes (SHA-256 with salt). Billing and payment information for Sillvex PRO subscriptions is processed directly by supported platforms (Telegram Stars, CryptoBot, and Patreon) in compliance with GDPR and security standards. Sillvex does not store your payment credentials.
4. Cookies & Session Storage
Sillvex uses strictly necessary cookies (such as HttpOnly session tokens) for user authentication and local storage for preserving your interface language and RSS feed preferences. We do not use invasive third-party advertising trackers.
