Welcome to Sillvex! By accessing our website (https://sillvex.com), using our web application, or purchasing a subscription plan, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Service Scope & Description
Sillvex is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides automated tools for RSS feed aggregation, AI-assisted content draft creation, and multi-channel publishing to user-designated destinations (such as Telegram channels and WordPress websites). We offer a free Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) tier and a paid Sillvex PRO subscription ($12/month).
2. User Account & Content Responsibility
Users bear full responsibility for the content published through their connected channels and for ensuring compliance with applicable copyright and platform laws. Sillvex acts solely as a technical software utility and is not liable for materials generated by third-party AI providers.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and ownership of the articles, posts, and media created, edited, and generated through your workspace belong solely to you. The Sillvex software, brand, and interface design remain the intellectual property of Sillvex.
4. Payment Processing (Telegram Stars, CryptoBot, Patreon)
Payments for Sillvex PRO subscriptions are conducted directly through supported platforms: Telegram Stars (in-app card checkout), CryptoBot (USDT / TON), and Patreon membership.
Transactions are processed securely in compliance with the respective platforms' terms and security standards. Subscriptions remain active for 30 days per payment and can be extended at any time.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
All paid Sillvex PRO subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee. You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time.
